We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable under any circumstances. For standard items to be eligible for a return, they must be in the same condition that you received them - unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Additionally, you are responsible for covering all shipping costs incurred for both sending the returned item to us and the associated return delivery fees.
For refund arrangements, if you opt for a refund to your original payment method, you will bear the handling fee levied by the third-party payment platform. No such handling fee will be charged if you choose to receive the refund as store credit.
